By joining our team as a Pre-licensed Associate, you have the opportunity to:

  • Earn Supervised Professional Experience hours toward licensure
  • Provide weekly individual therapy to 15 to 20+ clients per week
  • Receive competitive pay while working via telehealth and/or at our Rockridge (Oakland) or Walnut Creek location

We are looking for Postgraduates who:

  • Have earned a doctorate or master's degree from an APA-accredited Graduate Psychology program
  • Can commit to a minimum of 1 year, starting with the first client appointment
  • Have a desire and competence with treating diverse and marginalized populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
  • Are interested in working in private practice beyond this training experience
  • Are interested in further developing and strengthening their clinical skills, and their knowledge of the DMS
  • Uphold high ethical standards
  • Have a capacity for a caseload of 15 to 20+ clients per week
  • Work well independently
